Bezares Heavy Duty Hydraulic Winches, 10 to 30 Tons

For the extreme challenges in heavy vehicle recovery, special transport, and industry, the Heavy Duty hydraulic winches from Bezares offer uncompromising performance. These massive recovery winches are specially designed for the heaviest loads and guarantee precise and safe load control thanks to the highly efficient planetary gear and the integrated braking valve technology. An automatic multi-disc brake in an oil bath, which engages in the rest position, ensures absolute reliability and load holding under the most extreme conditions.

Technical Data and Variants:

The Heavy Duty series is available in four performance classes. All models are designed for a maximum working pressure of 180 bar and a flow rate of up to 75 l/min.

• 10 and 15 Tons (Models 9028625 / 9028725): The entry-level models in the heavy-duty class offer 10,000 kg or 15,000 kg pulling capacity on the first rope layer. They are equipped with a manual lever clutch and a 4-way roller fairlead. The dead weight is a compact 160 kg.
• 20 Tons with 2-Speed Shift (Model 9028825): This powerhouse with 20,000 kg pulling capacity features a pneumatic 2-speed shift. This allows you to switch between a slow power transmission and a fast line speed depending on the load. The free spool is also controlled pneumatically. Includes 4-way roller fairlead. Dead weight: 500 kg.
• 30 Tons (Model 9031625): The top model for massive loads delivers up to 30,000 kg pulling capacity. It is equipped with a pneumatic clutch and a massive pressure roller to guide the extremely strong rope safely on the drum. Dead weight: 590 kg.

Equipment and Safety:

• Safe load holding: The automatic, oil-bathed brake system reliably blocks the drum as soon as the winch is not operated.
• Precise control: The integrated braking valve prevents an uncontrolled forward surge of the load when lowering.
• High drum capacities: Large drum dimensions allow for long pulling distances. The 30-ton model, for example, holds up to 81 meters of rope on the fifth layer.
