1. Bent Axis Constant Pumps (High Pressure)
For applications requiring constant performance at pressures up to 450 bar (e.g., loading cranes, hooklifts).
- Sunfab (SAP / SLPD): Robust "Swedish Power" with 12–130 cm³/rev. Also available as a dual flow pump (SLPD) for two independent circuits.
- Hydro Leduc (XPi): Extremely compact design, ideal for tight spaces at the gearbox.
2. Variable Displacement Pumps (Load Sensing & Drives)
Maximum energy efficiency through demand-based control. Ideal for complex municipal vehicles and construction machinery.
- HAWE (V60N): Compact axial piston pump (60–130 cm³/rev) designed directly for the PTO. Modulary expandable with thru-shaft and various controllers.
- Bosch Rexroth (A11VO & A4VG): The international standard. The A11VO for open circuits and the A4VG for closed systems (travel drives) offer precise control and maximum service life.
- Hydro Leduc (TXV): Robust LS pump for pressures up to 450 bar.
3. Gear Pumps (The Economical Standard)
For tippers and less complex applications, we rely on proven external gear pumps from Roquet and Bezares.
- Selection: Available as a lightweight aluminum version (weight advantage) or as a solid cast iron pump (durability) for pressures up to 290 bar.
4. Vane Pumps (Low Noise & Precise)
The ideal solution for applications requiring high pressures with minimal noise emission – from stationary industrial presses to mobile garbage trucks.
- Bezares / TDZ (T6 & DT6): Smooth-running and vibration-free fixed displacement pumps (up to 280 bar) thanks to a hydraulically balanced design and "pin-type" technology.
- Service-friendly: The entire pump mechanism is designed as a compact cartridge. This allows for extremely fast replacement without dismantling the housing and drastically minimizes downtime.
