1. Bent Axis Fixed Displacement Motors (High-Performance)
If you need high speeds and efficiency (e.g., for saws, winches, or track drives). These axial piston motors from Sunfab and Hydro Leduc are categorized by flange standards:
- DIN Standard (e.g., Sunfab SAM): Lightweight aluminum housings, optimized for direct mounting on truck systems (e.g., slurry tankers).
- ISO Standard (e.g., Sunfab SCM): Reinforced flanges for heavy-duty continuous use in forestry machines or slope mowers.
- SAE Standard: Imperial dimensions (SAE-B/C) for the international market, often installed in HD water pumps and vacuum systems.
2. Gear Motors (The Economical All-Rounder)
The cost-effective solution for pressures up to approx. 275 bar. Ideal for conveyor belts, spreaders, or radiator fans. We stock the modular range from Roquet:
- Material Choice: Lightweight aluminum motors (Series G/PLA) for weight-sensitive applications or solid cast iron motors (Series PNA) for extreme loads and noise minimization.
- Special Solution "Outboard Bearing": For belt or chain drives, we offer motors with an integrated outboard bearing to safely absorb the occurring transverse forces (radial loads).
Technical Options
Many of our motors can be configured individually, e.g., with integrated pressure relief valves in the rear cover, special drain ports for series connections, or reversible rotation.
