The Hydraulic System: Flexible & Robust
The heart of the transmission is a complete hydraulic system, which we design exactly to your requirements.
- Flexible Design: Regardless of the vehicle weights or drive power required, we define customer-specific speed profiles.
- System Integration: The transmission can be combined with the working hydraulics. We always consider the entire hydraulic system to ensure optimal performance.
- Quality Components: We rely on proven Bosch Rexroth components, such as the A4VG variable pump and the AGVM or A2FM hydraulic motors.
- Complete Solution: The system is delivered including the necessary cooling and is optionally available with its own oil tank.
The Control System: Plug & Play Electronics
The control technology from wilfatec makes the transmission "simple, safe, flexible" and ensures continuously variable and precise regulation.
The main advantage lies in the simple installation: Instead of complex electrical wiring, the components are simply connected via plug connection.
Key Features of the Control System:
- IO-CAN Module: The central module offers eight digital inputs and outputs each. It provides continuously variable control of the hydraulic pump, manages the hydraulic motor's torque, handles temperature-dependent cooler regulation, and communicates with the truck chassis via CAN.
- Colour Display: The display gives you a clear view of all details. It provides live data for interaction, maintenance, and system setup. The visualisation can be individually designed and adapted with project-specific software.
- Two-Axis CAN Joystick: A robust joystick with individually configurable buttons and adjustable target speed ensures intuitive operation.
- Modularity: The system is modularly expandable and can be combined with your own components.
