Features "HAWE Directional Spool Valve Type CWS"
The direct-acting directional spool valve type CWL by HAWE Hydraulik offers a compact and cost-effective solution for controlling the direction and speed of hydraulic consumers. As a load-sensing valve without individual pressure compensators, the CWL type features an integrated LS port. Thanks to the flexible bankable design (modular system), up to 10 directional valve sections can be combined in a single control block. The system is specifically designed for mobile hydraulics and is ideal for municipal vehicles, agricultural and forestry machinery, as well as aerial work platforms.
Technical Data:
- Maximum operating pressure: 315 bar
- Maximum flow rate: 60 l/min (at the connection block)
- Design: Valve bank in bankable design with up to 10 sections
- Application areas: Demanding tasks in mobile hydraulics (construction machinery, cranes, municipal technology)
Structure and Versions of the Modular System:
- Connection blocks: Configurable for open-center systems (fixed displacement pumps) or closed-center systems (variable displacement pumps). Optionally with an integrated pressure relief valve for protection.
- Directional valve sections: Available with various spool symbols. The inlet edges of the spools can be selected for different nominal flow rates (10, 20, 30, or 40 l/min).
- Additional functions (flange blocks): The valve sections can be flexibly expanded with flange blocks to include pilot-operated check valves, throttle check valves, or shock and suction valves.
- Actuation types: Control is available either as black-and-white or electro-proportional. Both versions can be optionally equipped with a manual override. Alternatively, purely manual actuation via hand lever is possible.
