HAWE Proportional Directional Spool Valve EDL

The direct-acting proportional directional spool valve type EDL by HAWE Hydraulik enables precise and sensitive control of hydraulic consumers. Designed for mobile hydraulics, the directional valve can be seamlessly combined with the PSL 2 type valve sections thanks to its modular system and is rated for operating pressures up to 320 bar.

• Maximum operating pressure: 320 bar (ports P, A, B, LS, M, Y)
• Maximum flow rate (consumer): up to 48 l/min (maximum return flow rate must not exceed 80 l/min)
• Actuation type: Direct-acting
• System integration: Flexibly bankable and combinable with the HAWE proportional directional spool valve type PSL 2

Available Versions and Variants:

• Spool symbols: Available as a standard spool with low return pressure (versions L, F, H) or with a constant return pressure of approx. 20 bar (version J, up to max. 25 l/min) to stabilize cylinders with pulling loads.
• Actuation types: Electrical actuation for the A and B sides (optionally with or without stroke limitation) or as single-sided actuation (only A or only B side). Optionally available with integrated manual override.
• Pressure compensator (2-way compensator): Equipped with a 2-way compensator as standard. The compensator spring can be selected as a standard version (approx. 6 bar) or a reinforced version (approx. 13 bar).
• Additional functions (LS limitation): Optionally expandable with an LS pressure limitation that allows a common pressure setting for the A and B sides (setting range 50 to 320 bar), or with an X port for an external pilot valve.
