The hydraulic winches of the BZC series (BZC4600 and BZC6800) from Bezares are the ultimate solution for reliable and efficient heavy-duty recovery operations. Equipped with a two-stage planetary gear for unsurpassed smoothness and control, as well as bi-rotational functionality and an integrated overcenter valve, the BZC series offers precise load management for a wide variety of recovery scenarios.

The BZC series is available in two power levels to optimally cover a wide range of requirements in vehicle recovery and industry:
- BZC4600PH-C: 4,600 kg pulling capacity (1st layer), max. 150 bar working pressure, 50 l/min (continuous) to 60 l/min (intermittent) flow rate. Line speed: 13 to 21 m/min. Dead weight: 55 kg.
- BZC6800PH-L: 6,800 kg pulling capacity (1st layer), max. 180 bar working pressure, 50 l/min (continuous) to 60 l/min (intermittent) flow rate. Line speed: 10 to 16 m/min. Dead weight: 57 kg.
Equipment and Safety:
- Reliable load holding: The integrated disc brake system secures the load 100 percent. This guarantees maximum safety and absolute control during critical recovery operations.
- Versatile free spool options: The winches have a clutch for unrolling the rope quickly. The BZC6800 model is available either in a version with a manual free spool or a comfortable pneumatic shift.
- Robust design: Built for tough continuous use in any environment, the BZC winches are perfectly suited for off-road adventures, industrial applications, or emergency recoveries.
- Drum capacity: Both versions hold a maximum of 25 meters of rope (12 mm diameter for BZC4600, 14 mm diameter for BZC6800). High-quality galvanized steel wire ropes including hooks can be requested to match the respective winch.
