Hydraulic Winch Mammoth E50 / E70C by Bezares

The hydraulic winches of the Mammoth series (E50 and E70C) by Bezares represent the next generation of vehicle recovery and are the advanced successors to the proven BZC series. They are specifically designed for unsurpassed durability in heavy-duty recovery, off-road adventures, and construction. Equipped with a robust, two-stage planetary gear, the Mammoth series delivers outstanding pulling capacities of up to 7,000 kilograms on the first rope layer. The bi-rotational design with integrated overcenter valve technology enables efficient, smooth, and safe control of the load from any pulling direction.

Technical Data of the Variants:

The Mammoth series is available in two powerful versions, which cover different requirements with exactly the same dead weight:

• Mammoth E50: 5,000 kg pulling capacity (1st layer), max. 170 bar working pressure, 50 l/min (continuous) to 60 l/min (intermittent) flow rate. Line speed: 13 to 21 m/min.
• Mammoth E70C: 7,000 kg pulling capacity (1st layer), max. 180 bar working pressure, 60 l/min (continuous) to 70 l/min (intermittent) flow rate. Line speed: 10 to 16 m/min.

• Reliable load holding: A 100% load-holding disc brake secures the load reliably and gives you maximum safety during critical operations.
• Adjustable cable tensioner: A polyethylene guide system keeps the rope neatly rolled up, prevents knotting, and ensures smooth operation.
• Versatile mounting: The top-mounted clutch (TOP) offers versatile installation options for a wide variety of vehicles. The free spool is operated manually via a side puller.
• Robust construction: The painted gear housing and the massive drum supports withstand extreme conditions. The dead weight is a compact 55 kg without accessories.
• Optional accessories: High-quality, galvanized steel wire ropes including a robust hook (12 mm diameter for E50, 14 mm for E70C) can be supplied to match the winch.
