Directional Control Valves / Solenoid Valves (CETOP)

Maximum switching performance and precision: The directional control valves in this range control the start, stop, and direction of oil flow in hydraulic systems. We rely on premium quality from Argo Hytos – known for extremely high-performance solenoid valves that switch reliably even under full load.

Available Series & Standards

The valves are standardized according to ISO 4401 (CETOP) and can be modularly mounted on corresponding subplates. This makes replacement and maintenance particularly easy.

1. Size NG06 (CETOP 3) – Series RPE3

The RPE3-06 series from Argo Hytos is the industry standard for compact hydraulic systems.

Performance: Despite the small size, these valves handle high flow rates (up to 80 l/min) with low pressure drop.
Solenoid Coils: Equipped with powerful solenoids that work reliably even in heat. The coils are rotatable (for easy cable installation) and can be replaced separately in case of defect.
Manual Override: Integrated as standard to manually switch the valve in case of power failure.

2. Size NG10 (CETOP 5) – Series RPE4

For larger flow rates (up to 140 l/min), we stock the RPE4-10 series.

Durability: The phosphated cast iron housing and hardened spools guarantee a long service life, even at pressures up to 350 bar.
Application: Ideal for demanding applications in machine tools or mobile equipment.

Switching Functions (4/2 and 4/3 Way)

Depending on the requirement, various spool types (circuit symbols) are available:

4/2-Way Valves: Two switching positions (e.g., Forward/Reverse).
4/3-Way Valves: Three switching positions with a center position (e.g., Forward/Stop/Reverse). Available with various center positions such as A/B blocked, A/B to tank (float position), or regeneration.
