The Directional Valves in Detail

1. 2/2-Way Seat Valves (VEI Series)

A 2/2-way seat valve is ideal when absolute leak-free load holding is required. It opens or closes the flow between two ports.

Versions: Available as "normally open" (NO) or "normally closed" (NC).
Performance data: System pressures up to 350 bar and flow rates from 40 l/min to 150 l/min.
Safety: The metal-sealing seat design prevents an uncontrolled drop of actuators.

2. 3/2-Way Valves (VED & VEDS Series)

A 3/2-way hydraulic valve is frequently used to control single-acting cylinders. It controls the oil flow between three ports and two switching positions.

Compact design: Standardized cavities (e.g., CA-08A-3N or CA-12A-3N) allow for space-saving integration into control blocks.
High-pressure suitable: Depending on the size, designed for pressures from 280 bar up to 350 bar (VEDS series).

3. 4/2-Way Valves (VED-016 Series)

For more complex applications, such as the control of double-acting cylinders, a 4/2-way hydraulic valve is used. It controls four ports and thus enables targeted extension and retraction under load.

Variability: We offer variants with different switching symbols (e.g., all ports closed in the de-energized state or directed flow).
Solenoid coils: Matching these, we offer high-performance solenoid coils (e.g., type D36 with 20 W) for precise switching operations.
