The Series VRF / VRFU in Detail

The flow control valves of the VRF and VRFU series from Marchesini are classic throttle check valves for line mounting.

  • Operating Principle: In one direction, the flow is restricted (adjusting cylinder speed), while in the opposite direction, the oil flows freely via the integrated check valve (fast return).
  • Precise Adjustment: The cross-section can be finely adjusted via a rotary knob and secured with a lock nut to prevent unintentional adjustment due to vibrations.
  • Material Quality: Unlike simple aluminum components, the housings of this series are made of zinc-plated steel. This ensures pressure resistance up to 350 bar and high wear resistance.
