Features "I2 Injector"
The I2 injectors are a technically simple yet highly efficient solution for oil circulation in semi-closed hydraulic systems. They stand out for their low weight, attractive cost, and complete maintenance-free operation due to the absence of moving parts.
Function and Benefits:
- Replace charge pumps for compensating leakage oil losses in the main circuit
- Replace flushing pumps for cooling and filtering circuits
- Provide slight pressurization of the charge pressure
- Allow significantly higher pump speeds than self-priming speed
- Increase overall hydraulic system performance
- Maintenance-free thanks to the absence of moving parts

The injectors are available in four models suitable for flow rates of:
- 100 l/min
- 160 l/min

Installation:
- Can be mounted directly on the oil tank
- Alternatively connected via pipes or hoses
A hydraulic system with pressurized pump feed requires external drainage of the pump. Therefore, pumps with external drain should be used for applications with I2.
