1. Against Cavitation: The WMH Injector

A common problem in hydraulic systems is cavitation (vapor bubble formation) when the pump cannot suck in enough oil. This leads to noise and destruction of the pump. The WMH I2 Injector is the smart solution:

Function: It uses part of the return oil to generate artificial feed pressure on the suction side of the pump.
Benefit: Replaces expensive mechanical charge pumps and operates completely maintenance-free with no moving parts.
Result: The pump runs smoother, cavitation-free, and can often be operated at higher speeds.

2. For Fan Drives: Mobile Control Block BUB-05

The BUB-05 is a compact steel control block specially developed for the hydraulic drive of fans, generators, or water pumps.

All-in-One: Integrates throttle (max speed), 3/2-way valve (Start/Stop), and sequence valve (start-up unloading) in one housing.
Intelligent: A proportional pressure relief valve allows temperature-dependent speed control of the fan.
Safety: Protects the motor from overload and ensures smooth startup.

When Do I Need an Injector?

If your pump is "screaming" (cavitation), the tank is located far away, or you cannot dimension the suction line large enough, the WMH Injector is often the simplest retrofit solution to save the system.

BUB-05 Valve Block

BUB-05 Mobile Control Block – developed for the demanding requirements of mobile hydraulics. This valve block combines multiple functions in one compact unit, significantly reducing installation effort and increasing operational safety. With a robust steel housing and a maximum operating pressure of 35 MPa, the BUB-05 is ideally suited for heavy-duty mobile applications. I2 Injector

The I2 injectors are a technically simple yet highly efficient solution for oil circulation in semi-closed hydraulic systems. They stand out for their low weight, attractive cost, and complete maintenance-free operation due to the absence of moving parts. Function and Benefits: Replace charge pumps for compensating leakage oil losses in the main circuit Replace flushing pumps for cooling and filtering circuits Provide slight pressurization of the charge pressure Allow significantly higher pump speeds than self-priming speed Increase overall hydraulic system performance Maintenance-free thanks to the absence of moving parts Technical Versions: The injectors are available in four models suitable for flow rates of: 100 l/min 160 l/min 250 l/min 350 l/min Installation: Can be mounted directly on the oil tank Alternatively connected via pipes or hoses A hydraulic system with pressurized pump feed requires external drainage of the pump.
