Filtration for Suction and Return Lines

Our range covers the pressure range up to 20 bar and is therefore ideally suited for installation in the tank line (return) or the suction line.

1. Return Line Filters (System Protection)

The return line filter is the most important filter in the system. It is located at the end of the circuit (just before the tank) and catches dirt particles generated by cylinders or motors before they enter the oil reservoir.

Design: Inline filter or tank-mounted filter.
Benefit: Ensures that the oil in the tank remains clean at all times.

2. Suction Filters (Pump Protection)

Suction filters are installed directly in the line upstream of the pump. They serve as "coarse filters" to protect the pump from large particles (screws, chips) that may have entered the oil during tank construction or through carelessness.

Important: These filters are dimensioned so that they do not cause cavitation at the pump.

3. Spin-On Filters (Maintenance-Friendly)

For quick changes during operation, we offer so-called spin-on filters. Similar to a car oil change, the entire filter cartridge is replaced here – ideal for mobile machinery.
